Live shows? Us? Really?!

Yep! Sometime in October we’re going to be doing a live show to make up for them lousy Freen in Green bozos messing up their live gig! (Just kidding, those guys are cool in our books!) It’ll be more of a livecast than an actual show, though. What does that mean for you? Well YOU get to watch it from wherever you are, as long as you have access to the internets!

We don’t know the exact date just yet but hold tight and we’ll let you know! It’s really exciting for us too; this’ll be our first REAL livecast type deal! (The opening-for-FiG thing was just a practice gig, after all) We’ve got somewhat of a setlist down and some new songs to show you, so stay tuned for further announcements~

Bluefusion 2.0

Wow, long time huh? So anyway, Bluefusion’s second album ‘Soul Monster’ sneakily came to an end in December, and now we’re experimenting with a few new recording tricks and styles. Things might come a lot slower than they usually do (Yikes!), but we’re not dead! Infact, we got ourselves a new bass player! Cody Tucker from Wolfblur joins Bluefusion as our brand new low-frequency-bro! We look forward to the future with our new lineup, and hope to report back soon with stuff about the new songs, live shows, etc!

(Oh! And the new album’s called “”They’re not mine!”", Yes, with quotation marks.)

Oh look, another shiny clicky thing! OR MAYBE A LOT!

Lineup Change!

So guys, remember how it was Trav and Shazzy as the guitarist/drummer (respectively) for the longest time? Well we’re switching it up and adding a new member! Now we’ve got Jeff Webster from Single White Infidel into the mix for singing, and the rest of the roles are no longer ‘set’. Meaning Trav can drum, Shazzy can bass, and Jeff can guitar and sing if desired! That’ll make things interesting!

We’ve been jamming lately too, and have at least 4 new song ideas, so that’ll be killer when we can record those and get them to you!

orite btw.

Right! Here’s a shiny clicky thing for the lot of you!

Randomness Ensues

Hey all! On Wednesday, the 18′th, Bluefusion is going to OFFICIALLY be in Rock Band Network! Finally, right?! (Random Song) [From Soul Monster] got approved today, and we hope you enjoy it!

Insert Terminator Here

We in Bluefusion regret to inform you that we’ve decided to put this band on hiatus until further notice. Please note that it doesn’t mean we’re breaking up, or that we’ll never be back, but things are getting a tad too stressful for the collective members in Bluefusion, and it was unanimously decided that a break was in order.

This unfortunate pause in our work does NOT affect the RBN deals, or Freen in Green, so please do check those out in the meantime! Keep kicking ass, and we promise we’ll be back at 110% when we’re able!

KITTY! and the Rockband Network

“Allergic to kitties? You will be. And by “you will be”, I mean “dead”.”
-Trav

We just won’t stay dead!

Yar, everybody! We’re not dead yet, we promise. Just a little update with a bit of news. Rockband Network has been further delayed, releasing around March 12′th, putting us further back than we’d hoped… ah well. You’ll have to wait just that little bit longer in order to download the ever-epic Thirteen, or get your butt handed to you by the outro solo in Force.

Secondly, Bluefusion is appearing in the Freen in Green continuum as a rival band! The band will feature overly-busy Trav on guitar, always trying to finish something, or pushing others to finish. Shazzy Zang, the laid-back bomb technician, whom tends to enjoy blowing things up too much for his own good, and Happy, the Bassist, whom is actually a terrorist, hell bent on using Shazzy’s bombs to blow up Freen in Green’s recording studio.

Thirdly, Bluefusion is having a Guitar Duel a’la Crossroads/Guitar Hero with Wolfblur, an affiliate band of awesomeness and wolfitude, as well as Trav guest soloing on a track on the “Bloodline Calling” album.
